The Fitness Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class member experience through high-quality private and small group training. You will be the driving force behind our "Train Different" philosophy, helping members reach their goals through science-backed coaching, supplement guidance, and relentless motivation.

Key Responsibilities Coaching & Member

Experience:

Expert instruction, T.R.A.I.N. values, personalized science, floor presence. Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive results, proactive prospecting, revenue activities. Administration & Operations:
Schedule management, accountability, compliance.

Qualifications Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of private training techniques.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and the ability to operate all fitness equipment.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required; a 4-year degree in a related field is preferred.

Certifications:

Current CPR/AED certification required, current dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain), nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus. Physical:
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and frequently lift/move 45+ lbs. Availability:
Must be able to work at least one weekend day.

Compensation: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
