CDL Class A Industrial Drivers - $2,500 Signing Bonus - $30/hr - Kapolei, HI

Ancon is seeking CDL Class A Industrial Drivers to join their team in Kapolei, Hawaii. These drivers will provide industrial cleaning and services to clients such as refineries and power plants. The role is challenging and requires working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces, but offers rewarding experiences and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically fit, and eager to grow their careers in a supportive environment.

• $30/hr DOE
• $2,500 signing bonus after 90 days of continuous employment

• Class A license required (manual endorsements required; Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements preferred)
• Open to Class B licenses with adjusted pay range

• Safe driving record and strong Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Vacuum truck experience is a plus
• Physically fit and able to pass a Respirator Fit Test
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces
• Must pass onboarding and random drug testing
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and schedule flexibility
