General Job Duties for All Store Team Members.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Understand and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over phone and in person.

• Add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Good verbal, writing and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F and above.
• Sudden temperature changes.
• Food fumes.
• Cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, e.g., walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Telephone communication.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum in food‑process areas.
• Walking:
  For short distances and durations; delivery personnel must travel between the store, vehicle and customer location.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork usually completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more; teams may lift up to 50 lb and 3 ft × 1.5 ft dimensions.
• Carrying:
  Large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough up to 12 lb each.
• Pushing:
  Move trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lb.
• Climbing:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; up to five flights may be required during delivery.
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at the waist; repeated continuously 30–45 seconds per instance.
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasional, e.g., stocking shelves, cleaning low areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuously up, down and forward; above 72 in. to turn oven controls, change signs, lift from shelves.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within designated area; multiple deliveries per shift.

• Pencils/pens
• Computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

• Deliver product by car and to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to insured vehicle usable for delivery.
