About Us

Polynesian Adventure is the premier operator of sightseeing tours and private transportation in Hawai`i. We offer charter and tour services to the most sought‑after locations in the Hawaiian islands, including breathtaking Haleakala and Road to Hana tours on Maui.

$21.00 /hr

• Safely operate luxury vehicles such as sedans, SUVs, or vans in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Provide first‑class service to clients—greeting passengers warmly, assisting with luggage, and maintaining a professional, polished demeanor at all times.
• Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in pristine condition, including cleanliness, fuel levels, and safety checks.
• Adhere to assigned routes and schedules while remaining flexible for changes based on client needs.
• Maintain vehicle interiors and exteriors to reflect the high standards of the Polynesian Adventure Black Car Service.
• Communicate courteously with dispatch, guests, and management regarding trip details and any potential delays or issues.
• Report any vehicle concerns, accidents, or safety issues immediately.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Follow company uniform and grooming standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform other related duties as assigned in a professional and positive manner.

• Ability to relate professionally to guests, employees, and management at all times.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs when assisting guests with luggage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in professional driving, luxury transport, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
