CDS Mail Carrier

Overview

TNStumpff Enterprises, LLC, the nation’s leader in Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, with offices in 20 states, is currently seeking applicants to deliver mail on a CDS mail route solicited and posted by the USPS in the Kaunakakai, HI area.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Hawaii driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Must reside in the Kaunakakai area.
• Must pass a drug test and meet USPS criminal background standards.

• Sorting mail in delivery sequence for active boxes.
• Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into delivery vehicle.
• Delivering mail along an assigned 24.2-mile line of travel.
• Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, express mail, and other accountable items.
• Other administrative duties as required.

• Applicants must provide a vehicle that meets postal regulations and postal driving requirements.
• Vehicle must have at least 120 cubic feet of usable load space for mail and parcels (Mini‑Van, SUV, Truck with Camper Shell).
• Liability insurance of $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 or $600,000 (CSL) for the contract vehicle.
• Applicant responsible for vehicle maintenance, fuel, and insurance costs.
• Vehicle reimbursement paid on top of hourly pay.

• Employment begins: 8/8/2026 – training may begin one week prior.
• Hours:
  
  Day shift, Monday through Saturday. 8:00 am – 3:45 pm* – end times will vary as we work until all mail and parcels are delivered.
• Pay: $28.68 per hour starting pay plus vehicle reimbursement.
• Benefits: straight time, health & welfare, holiday, and vehicle reimbursement paid out. Benefits paid as cash equivalency up to the maximum of 40 hours per week per the DoL Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act.
