Position Overview and Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):Alutiiq Information Management, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join our team supporting the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) inOahu, Hawaii. The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving, shipping, issuing, and maintaining the inventory of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment, and other ancillary responsibilities as assigned. Position is required to support the development and operation of the FORGE, an Additive Manufacturing Facility located at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
This role supports a networked 3D printing and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capability in a Department of War Joint environment, led by Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Pacific.
- Participate in Forge project activities including shipping, stock checks, assist in receiving and stocking parts, supplies and equipment; identify, sort and locate miscellaneous inventory; assist in moving and cleaning as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies, parts, tools and equipment; enter data into inventory records, adding or deleting items to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Support internal project efforts as required, with the assistance of more senior technical Forge project personnel.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and annual wall to wall inventory in accordance with US Government guidelines.
Pay Rate: $26.00 to $30.00 Hourly
Required Qualifications andExperience:
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Possess a SECRET Security Clearance or have ability to gain clearance.
- Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
- Four (4) years’ experience in a supply/support position equivalency.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to manage electronic files and an electronic record-keeping system.
- Must work well with other personnel; must maintain effective working relationships with contractor and government personnel routinely.
- Possess a state issued drivers license.
