This position is responsible for managing all activities, operations, and programs of the Hawthorn Woods Aquatic Center. The Aquatic Center Manager ensures the facility meets safety and operational standards while supporting a high-quality experience for visitors.

• Supervise staff including lifeguards and front desk personnel.
• Oversee aquatic programs such as swim lessons, swim teams, and diving lessons.
• Assist with maintenance of the facility, including safe water quality management.
• Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards for the facility.

• Must be 21 years of age by May 1, 2026.
• Must hold or obtain American Red Cross certifications in First Aid and CPR.
• Must be a certified lifeguard instructor (LGI);
  Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test prior to employment.
