Senior Product Manager - Tech, Ring & Blink Accessories

The Ring & Blink Accessories team is seeking a results‑driven Senior PM‑T to own the accessory vision for a suite of tech products such as companion devices, mounting solutions, and power options.

• Define and drive product strategy through comprehensive internal and external market analysis.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively with written and verbal excellence.
• Leverage GenAI tools to multiply impact.
• Balance prioritization and trade‑offs across customer experience, features, profitability, and operational support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.
• Manage multiple product development programs simultaneously across different stages.
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic and tactical obstacles that impede team performance.

Our mission is to enable millions of Ring and Blink devices to deliver on popular use cases by developing power‑related accessories, installation kits, and spare parts kits, while expanding device use cases with application‑specific accessories and companion devices such as Chimes and Smart Lights.

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and feature delivery decisions.
• End‑to‑end product delivery experience.
• Contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy.
• Managing technical products or online services.
• Advocating for critical customers and stakeholders at the executive level.

• Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlik View, Quick Sight.
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.
• Technical product management, program management, or engineering background.
• New hardware product development experience.

• Salary range: $151,200 – $204,600 USD annually.
• Sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
