SpaceX in Hawthorne, CA, seeks a Starlink Customer Success Manager to own LATAM backhaul accounts from contract through onboarding and growth. You’ll be the primary customer contact, drive revenue, manage shipments, activations and payments, and coordinate with engineering, finance and operations.
Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese and 5+ years in customer success or account management with a technical product are preferred, with occasional travel.
