English Teacher
The Hawthorne Math and Science Academy (HMSA) is seeking a passionate and engaging English teacher who inspires a love of literature, writing, and communication while fostering independent thinking in a collaborative, small-school environment. Hawthorne Math and Science Academy consistently ranks among the top 100 high schools in the nation, as recognized by U.S. News & World Report. Since 2010, HMSA has been the only high school in the South Bay to receive the National Blue Ribbon School award twice.
