Test Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Test Technician responsible for setting up and operating environmental test equipment, including vibration tables and thermal chambers. The role involves performing routine calibration and maintenance, conducting functional, environmental, and reliability testing on electronic assemblies, and supporting engineering and production teams by troubleshooting test failures.

• Set up, operate, and maintain environmental test equipment, including vibration tables and thermal chambers.
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
• Conduct functional, environmental, and reliability testing on electronic assemblies and finished products.
• Identify test failures or equipment issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and reporting for test systems and support equipment.
• Ensure test throughput and scheduling targets are met while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in a highly adaptive and iterative environment.
• Experience in aerospace, semiconductor, or electronic test environments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in high‑pressure situations.
• 5+ years of experience in testing, ERP, MRP systems, new product development, and test procedures.
• Experience with test engineering, thermal testing, vibration analysis, calibration, and environmental testing.

• Experience working with ERP, MRP, or MES systems.
• Exposure and experience with vibrational equipment.
• Developing and implementing test procedures for vibrational and thermal environmental testing.
• Experience with electrical engineering, LabVIEW, validation, design, automation, and AutoCAD.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hawthorne, CA.
