Job Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, overseeing company-wide consolidation.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Address inquiries from operations and vendors promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and supervise direct reports and third-party outsourcing.
- Assist in preparing annual financial statements and tax filings across multiple states.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Assist with accounts payable functions.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and finance principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational abilities.
- Preferred experience in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with complex consolidations (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
