Job Summary:

They are seeking an expert social media manager to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies, cultivate a loyal fanbase, and drive brand engagement. The role involves leading content creation, collaborating with various teams, and leveraging analytics to optimize social media performance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of platform-specific content across brand initiatives (Instagram, Tik Tok, X/Twitter, Linked In)
• Oversee social media content calendars, copy & content optimization
• Work with social creative team, influencer marketing team, video producers, editors, and graphic designers on UGC and new content narratives
• Implement platform-specific best practices to increase content discoverability
• Develop integrated social media strategies that create cohesive brand storytelling across platforms
• Identify opportunities for social media trend integration and platform-specific innovations
• Guide social creative team in developing platform-specific content that maintains brand consistency
• Collaborate with video producers, editors, and graphic designers to create optimized content
• Contribute to creative briefs for creators, influencers, and strategic partners
• Lead content testing and optimization across platforms
• Drive data-informed decision making across social platforms
• Lead performance tracking, reporting, and analysis across all social channels
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth across platforms
• Develop and track KPIs for all social media initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Proven success in multi-platform social content strategy and community growth
• Excellent communication skills for internal and consumer-facing content
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends and best practices
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cross-platform content optimization
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Proven content creation and storytelling experience
Preferred:
• Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
• Experience using data visualization tools
• Excellence in team leadership and stakeholder management
