Your role at Supacolor
The purpose of this role is to lead and oversee efficient and effective daily operations of the production plant. Ensure the supasmooth and seamless running of this enables us to produce excellent work for every customer on time, every time. In this leadership role you’ll be responsible for managing resources, processes and people to achieve production targets. You’ll provide effective and inspiring leadership, maintain positive communications, and apply strong planning and organizational skills.

• Direct and run optimal day-to-day operations

• Oversee accurate inventory management and reporting
• Ensure maintenance program compliance, optimizing uptime and mitigating risk

• Ensure the plant runs in a sustainable and profitable manner per financial plans
• Manage and monitor costs, identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety
• Adhere to delegated authority

• Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks to maximize productivity
• Proactively seek feedback
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement to maximize productivity and minimize waste

• Focus on meeting customer expectations by ensuring orders are shipped in full and delivered on time
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain a high standard of quality control with rigorous QA measures

• Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Able to work in moderate to loud environments
• Able to work with moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic/caustic chemicals with appropriate PPE
