OSI Optoelectronics is seeking an Assembler to perform limited electronic and electromechanical production assembly and assembly operations of repetitive nature to build up and assemble routine units.

• Use small hand tools such as soldering irons and tweezers under a microscope.
• Work with epoxy and other chemicals.
• Operate from assembly drawings, diagrams, blueprints or previously established methods.

• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Report quality problems or defects to a manager or senior management for corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

• High school diploma or equivalent (desired).
• Knowledge of component identification (desired).
• Ability to understand assembly drawings (desired).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job‑related knowledge and skills, and education, in conjunction with market and business considerations. Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long‑term incentives, discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
