Cake Prep Team Member
In this role, you will prepare cake products from start to finish, including mixing batters, depositing mixes into molds, panning, shaping, and baking. You will ensure products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Responsibilities- Mix batters according to recipes
- Deposit and pan mixes accurately
- Monitor baking times and temperatures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Frequent bending and repetitive hand motions
