SpaceX is seeking a Build Supervisor for Booster Structures Manufacturing in Hawthorne. You will lead a propulsion technicians and welders team to build a brand-new subassembly work center, drive safety, and ensure high-quality, high-rate production.
You will recruit, mentor, and develop staff, track metrics, and partner with engineering to optimize the line, while maintaining a strong, constructive team culture on the shop floor.
