Position Summary:
MUST HAVE AUTO COLLISION EXPERIENCE!!!
Responsibilities:
* Determines the methods, techniques, devices and materials that are best suited for the surface finish
* Performs all prep and paint procedures and operations to ensure top quality finish
* Capable of refinishing to a level consistent to OEM finish without rework (no buffing, no runs, no dirt)
* Capable of disassembly and reassembly procedures
* Will be prepping projects for paint by removing grease, dirt, paint, rust
* Remove accessories such as chrome or mirrors
* Select/operate correct spray gun for the material being applied
* Additional duties as needed

Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to meet shared objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as parts of a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Valid drivers' license required.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Willing and able to pass a thorough background check.
