Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
- Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Required Skills
- Proficiency in operating mechanical and packaging equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Ability to physically handle heavy equipment and work in varying temperatures
