Social Lead, Marketing

We're seeking an innovative Social Lead to join Ring's Marketing organization. In this role, you'll drive Ring social's growth, evolution and impact across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube and more, while leading our social media team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing Ring's social media strategy, overseeing daily operations, and implementing AI driven test-and-learn approaches to grow our brand presence across existing and new verticals.

• Own end-to-end social media strategy development and execution across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, Reddit and new emerging platforms)
• Lead and develop a team of social media managers and content producers
• Drive experimental AI-powered content and brand-forward creative initiatives, including AI content personalization for social audiences and platforms
• Establish and manage testing frameworks using AI-driven experimentation, to iterate best practices and increase efficiency across social channels
• Lead AI powered social listening and audience insight generation, including social media crisis response and reputation management
• Own social media budget planning, forecasting, and optimization
• Oversee daily operations including reviews and approvals for quick turn content management and performance reporting, responsible for sharing insights with cross-functional teams.
• Evolve social operations and build efficiencies with AI in collaboration with SC, PR, GTM and cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain governance and access controls aligning with Amazon security protocols
• Manage 3P vendor relationships and tool optimization

• 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to use AI powered data and analytics to drive strategy and optimization

• Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions
• Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery
• Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers)
• Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives
