Pave Talent is seeking a hands-on Quality Leader for our California manufacturing partner. You will own the ISO 13485 QMS, lead audits, and drive CAPA cycles across a growing production floor with 2 quality engineers and 6 inspectors.
You’ll supervise IQ/OQ/PQ across new parts and equipment, partner with production on first article inspections and release, and bring data-driven decisions to customer and registrar reviews. Local candidates preferred, relocation not offered.
