Job Summary

Located in Anchorage, Alaska, this role offers a base salary of $20 hourly with uncapped commission, potentially earning $60,000+ annually based on performance. • Work inside a high‑traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products and services.
• Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive retail sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand compliance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face‑to‑face sales experience (Preferred).
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high‑traffic retail sales environment.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.
