Retail - Picture Framing​/Custom Business Team Member

Store - LA-HAWTHORNE, CA

Build customer relationships and create memorable framing solutions for art. Assist customers with finding products and maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and create custom framing solutions; deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department and assigned areas, including SISO and directed replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products; keep the store merchandised and stocked.
• Follow SOPs and company programs.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact respectfully, remain positive, and promote the organization's vision and values.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes, ensuring standards are met and budgets followed.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes.

May be assigned additional responsibilities as needed.

• Basic computer skills and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

• Retail experience.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames; accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

• Public retail store setting; climate controlled for public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled.
• Outdoor work may be assigned for retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Base pay: $17.50 - $20.60 per hour.
