This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. The position builds proficiency in customer service and sales and requires consistent use of digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits.

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
