Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative – Tesla Parts, Service, and Builds

This isn't a call center. You'll spend your days helping real enthusiasts spec suspension, wheels, aero, and brakes for their cars, then walking alongside them from the first question through delivery. • Talk with current and prospective customers by phone, email, and chat, and help them choose the right upgrades for their car and their goals
• Turn inbound interest into orders and appointments, and earn commission on the sales you close
• Book install appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups at our Hawthorne facility
• Enter and manage orders with our production, warehouse, and shipping teams
• Keep customers proactively updated on build and shipping status so they never have to ask
• Become a genuine product expert on the Unplugged Performance range of products and services

• Sales experience (commission-based sales experience preferred)
• A strong automotive background, be it professional or personal. Tesla or EV knowledge is a big plus
• Clear, friendly written and verbal communication, and a real drive to take care of people
• Comfort working in Excel, email, and web-based order and CRM systems
• Availability for occasional overtime and weekends during busy periods
• A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record (you'll move customer cars)
• A strong drive to be the best in the world at what you do
• Desire to work in-office 5 days a week with other awesome people

• Base pay: $18hr + Commission
• Commission: uncapped, paid on the sales you close; realistic total annual earnings of $100,000–$200,000 including commission
