Mitigation & Restoration Technician
The Mission:

In this role, you aren’t just cleaning up—you are helping families and businesses get back on their feet after water, fire, or mold damage. Impact
- Emergency Response: Be the first on the scene to assess and stabilize property damage.
- Expert Restoration: Perform hands-on mitigation including water extraction, structural drying, and debris removal.
- Precision & Care: Use advanced industry equipment to ensure properties are dried and treated to the highest standards.
- Clear Communication: Document your progress and keep both our supervisors and distressed homeowners informed and reassured.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, safe job site while following all PPE and safety protocols.
- Resilience: You stay cool under pressure and can handle the physical demands of the job (lifting, moving, and standing).
- Adaptability: You’re a quick learner ready to master new tools and earn industry certifications (IICRC).
- Professionalism: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience: Previous restoration or construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
