The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Hawthorne, CA. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. Responsibilities include inspecting, testing, and replacing system components, conducting preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. Strong attention to detail and expertise in HVAC systems are essential.

• Proven experience in Troubleshooting and problem-solving HVAC systems.
• Understanding and experience in Plumbing and Preventive Maintenance for HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of Electricity and electrical systems relevant to HVAC equipment.
• EPA certification or equivalent to handle refrigerants safely and comply with environmental regulations.
• Good physical condition with the ability to work in varying environments and lift heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license .
