• Design and implement web application features with AI embedded from the start, building reusable automations, agents, or tools that peers adopt.
• Collaborate with team members to investigate and document design approaches and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Ensure performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Help maintain code quality and operational efficiency.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and promote robust, maintainable code and clear documentation.
• Communicate proactively and provide technical leadership, tackling challenges without hesitation.

The team owns web applications and services built primarily in React, Next.js, and Type Script on Node/Express.

This position involves oncall duties. An onboarding process supports a gradual transition into oncall rotations.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 2+ years of experience with web architectures and services.

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
