Job Title
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in software engineering and/or product management, including developing AI-powered applications.
Demonstrated experience using LLMs and AI coding tools (vibe-coding) for strategy definition, requirements gathering, data analysis, UX design, and iterative development.
Demonstrated experience building applications that incorporate GenAI (e.g., LLM calls, RAG, Agentic workflows, evals, etc).
Demonstrated ability to champion the voice of customer from idea to launch.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-team or cross-functional work streams with multiple contributors and delivering measurable business-level outcomes.
