Job Requirements
- Drives sit-down, stand-up forklift, cherry pickers
- Pallet building and pallet picks
- Stacks crates, pallets, lumber, or other material
- Loads goods onto conveyor belt
- Loads and unloads product cargo
- Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked
- Shrink wraps goods or otherwise secures them and prepares them for transport
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods
- Maintains clean work area
- Follows safety regulations and company guidelines
- Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, vision
- Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
- Self Control - Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.
- Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
- Integrity - Job requires being honest and ethical.
- Stress Tolerance - Job requires accepting criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations.
