Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver to join our team. The Forklift Driver will be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials and products, including recycling and trash, within our fast‑paced production environment. This role requires attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Pay: $19.00 an hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or rate for this position and may vary based on experience, skills, geographic location, and market data.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift.

Responsibilities- Operate forklifts to transport materials and products, including recycling and trash, throughout the production facility.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by scanning and recording items.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of forklifts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate a forklift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
