Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a communicative, detail-oriented, and responsible Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position serves as a critical link between warehouse operations and the customer service team, with a core focus on ensuring efficient and accurate information flow to guarantee smooth logistics operations. This position reports directly to the Local authorities.

• Act as the primary communication bridge between the warehouse and customer service teams, relaying shipment status, exception handling, and solutions promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate and oversee daily scheduling activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping, ensuring alignment with customer orders.
• Proactively monitor shipment status, address operational exceptions, and lead internal communications until issue resolution.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory data effectively, ensuring real-time and accurate system information to provide reliable support to the customer service team.
• Assist in handling documentation and information related to cross-border logistics, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
• Support cycle counting activities and assist in the analysis and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Demonstrate initial leadership within the team, assisting the supervisor in coordinating workflows and initiating suggestions for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics; familiarity with cross-border logistics processes is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is mandatory, with proficiency in using both languages for professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with AS400 or similar Warehouse Management Systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude, capable of effectively collaborating across different teams.
• Demonstrates leadership potential and a collaborative team spirit, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
• Attention to detail, with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Capable of performing light physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
