STRUCTURAL is hiring a Project Manager for the Building Envelope High-Rise Restoration Division in Hawthorne, NJ, serving the Greater NYC metro area. You will manage large, self-perform façade restoration projects with strong field leadership of crews and subcontractors.
Required:
BS in Construction Management or Civil/Structural Engineering, 3+ years in façade/restoration, experience with NYC agencies, swing stage knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
