Kitchen & Bath Designer

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and design-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces. Prior kitchen and bath design experience is preferred but not required. The right candidate should have a background in interior design, cabinetry, remodeling, architecture, or other customer-facing design-related fields. As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you will work closely with homeowners throughout the design process, helping transform their ideas into innovative and practical kitchen and bathroom designs.

This role combines design, customer service, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and client interaction.

• Meet with clients to understand their design goals, needs, and budget.

• Create functional and visually appealing kitchen and bathroom designs.

• Select cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, hardware, and other finish materials.

• Prepare design layouts, renderings, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects align with client expectations and company standards.

• Support the sales process by presenting designs and product selections.

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the design and renovation process.

• Assist with showroom organization and product displays as needed.

• Experience in interior design, layout planning, or remodeling projects related to kitchens and bathrooms is a plus.

• Proficiency in design software is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, and maintenance requirements for residential spaces is a plus.

• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver outstanding results.
