Social Media Strategist

A successful Social Media Strategist is an excellent communicator and writer with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and online engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Threads, X, Snapchat, and more.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews across platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, Dealer Rater, and other review sites.
• Develop, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and more.
• Develop and implement social media initiatives designed to grow online communities and increase engagement.
• Stay up to date on emerging social media trends, tools, features, and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into client strategies.
• Create and maintain social media strategies tailored to individual clients and their goals.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights on both new and existing client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective social media campaigns.
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Creative thinker with a strong eye for engaging content.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva is a plus.
• Previous social media or digital marketing experience preferred.
