STRUCTURAL is currently recruiting for Rope Access Technicians to join our team performing work in New York City, NY.

• Re-pointing
• Caulking
• Stone patching using color/texture matched mortars
• Brick demolition
• Brick installation
• Waterproofing

• Possess and maintain a valid SPRAT Level 1 or IRATA Level 1 card
• Understand basic principles of construction and common construction tools
• Demonstrate the ability to perform basic labor tasks with minimal supervision
• Be willing to learn and grow as a team
• Be willing to take direction and feedback in a high-paced environment
• Provide their own reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites, and be willing to occasionally travel to out-of-town projects
• OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card are a plus
• Follow and promote a Safety 24/7 culture and exhibit a Safety 24/7 attitude in all situations

Earn between $30 - $40 per hour (based on experience) in addition to full benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and vacation!
