Pay Rate: $25.00–$27.00 per hour

This is a hands‑on, active role ideal for a maintenance professional with a background in carpentry, HVAC, and/or plumbing who enjoys problem‑solving and takes pride in keeping building systems running smoothly. We are seeking candidates with 5+ years of maintenance experience — and experience in an Assisted Living or Healthcare environment is a major plus.

- Perform regular HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure optimal heating and cooling performance for residents and staff
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, heat and A/C, carpentry, and building/grounds systems for all Van Dyk properties
- Complete apartment turnover repairs and upgrades in a timely manner
- Respond to emergency calls and maintenance issues across the main building, corporate office, and rental properties
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including after‑hours, weekends, holidays, and on‑call shifts as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, tenants, families, guests, and staff
- Diagnose issues quickly, determine correct repairs, and execute them safely and efficiently
- Ensure adherence to building codes, HVAC safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience
, ideally with a background in carpentry, HVAC, and/or plumbing - Strong competency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
