Rope Access Technician
Location:
New York City, NY
- Re-pointing
- Caulking
- Stone patching using color/texture matched mortars
- Brick demolition
- Brick installation
- Waterproofing
- Valid SPRAT Level 2 or IRATA Level 2 card
- Basic understanding of construction principles and common tools
- Ability to perform basic labor tasks under minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction in a fast‑paced environment
- Provide own reliable transportation to job sites and occasionally travel to out‑of‑town projects
- OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card are a plus
- Follow and promote Safety 24/7 culture with a safety‑conscious attitude; wear all required safety equipment and help maintain a safe job site
Earn $40–$50 per hour (based on experience) plus full benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, tuition reimbursement, career development, and a caring work environment.
