Structural is seeking a Rope Access Technician for projects in New York City. You will perform skilled restoration and access work on masonry surfaces, including repointing, caulking, patching, brick demolition and installation, and waterproofing.
Candidates must hold SPRAT Level 2 or IRATA Level 2, bring basic construction knowledge, and work safely with minimal supervision. Travel to out-of-town projects may be required; OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST are a plus.
