CFO Leadership

Position: CFO Leadership Role
Lead financial strategy as CFO at NTPC in Hay River, NT. Drive corporate objectives, capital planning, and effective governance in this executive position.

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide executive leadership in financial management, risk management, and strategic planning within NTPC. This role demands exceptional skills in budgeting, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance along with influencing corporate direction. You will also work closely with the President & CEO to ensure alignment of financial strategies with shareholder priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic financial planning and performance monitoring

• Oversee annual budget processes and internal controls

• Establish corporate financial policies and reporting procedures

• Advise the Board on financial matters and strategies

• Direct the Capital Planning process for capital projects

Requirements:

• CPA and MBA with 10+ years in financial management

• Extensive management and supervisory experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
