Understanding room availability and pricing is essential, along with efficient communication and computer proficiency. You’ll coordinate closely with housekeeping and engineering to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

• Welcome guests and perform check-ins

• Maintain organized front desk operations

• Handle and post guest charges

• Communicate room statuses with the housekeeping team

Requirements:
