Lead Client Service Representative – Full‑time
Hayden Pet Medical Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Client Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming environment and building lasting trust.
This is a full‑time position with a 4/10 schedule Monday‑Saturday.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and processing payments.
- Assist with front desk operations and oversee daily workflows.
- Support and train fellow client service representatives, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, clarity, and professionalism.
- Lead and mentor the client services team in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
- 3+ years of client service experience.
- Previous veterinary experience is required.
- Proficiency in client communication, training, mentorship, managing multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and monitoring hospital flow.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Compensation: $20–$23 per hour.
