Lead Client Service Representative – Hayden Pet Medical Center
Hayden Pet Medical Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Client Service Representative to join our exceptional team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the CSRs play a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment and building lasting trust in our veterinary care.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service: scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and offering guidance on our services.
- Assist with front‑desk operations, oversee daily workflows, support and train fellow CSRs, and ensure that each client interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, clarity, and professionalism.
- Embrace leadership in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
- 3+ years of client service experience.
- Previous veterinary experience.
- Proficiency in client communication, training and mentorship, handling multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, and monitoring hospital flow.
- Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour, for each hour worked*.

This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday—Saturday.
