Service Advisor

Tobler Marina is seeking a Service Advisor in our Marine Service Department

Experience is not required, but a background in customer service and knowledge of Lightspeed is a plus.

First established in 1948, Tobler Marina is the oldest certified dealer and one of the largest boat dealerships serving the Inland Northwest. What began as a small, family‑run business has grown into a trusted name in the region’s boating community.

Compensation: $20-$25/ hour DOE

Must be 18 years of age or older

• Supporting customers in boat service
• Writing up estimates, answering phones, updating customers throughout their service
• Working with technicians to inform customers of repairs

• 18 years of age or older
• Self‑starter, organized, and high attention to detail
• Enjoys problem solving
• Reliable
• Will undergo a background check and/or drug screening as part of the hiring process
• Driver's license
