What You'll DoAs a CSR, you're often the first and last person our customers interact with, so you'll play a big role in creating a great experience.

What You’ll Do:

* Welcome customers with a smile and help create a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
* Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and help keep traffic moving smoothly.
* Educate customers about our wash options, services, unlimited wash memberships, and current promotions in a friendly, helpful way.
* Earn commission on membership and promotional sales.
* Keep the location looking its best by working with your team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
* Follow all safety procedures to help keep customers and team members safe.
* Jump in wherever you're needed and work as a team to keep the day running smoothly.

What We're Looking For We're looking for people who bring great energy to the team and genuinely enjoy helping others.

You might be a great fit if you:
* Are friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Are comfortable talking with customers and making recommendations
* Can work outdoors year-round in changing weather conditions—we provide weather gear to help keep you comfortable
* Have the physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, stretch, pivot, and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, or both
* Are 18 years of age or older
* Have retail or sales experience (helpful, but not required!)Scheduling Full-Time: 32–40 hours per week   Part-Time: 15–30 hours per week   Weekend availability is required.
