Professional Marine is a full-service marine center dedicated to quality parts and friendly service. We provide boat repair, mechanical work, maintenance, winterization, storage, and mobile marine services. We value integrity, people-first service, and uncompromising quality.

What You Will Do Each Day

• Diagnose and repair inboards, outboards, and sterndrives (Mer Cruiser / Volvo Penta).
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, rebuilds, and major repairs.
• Troubleshoot marine electrical issues, fuel delivery, cooling/overheating, no-start, and performance concerns.
• Document findings with clear notes and photos and communicate with service advisors.
• Recommend necessary repairs ethically to ensure safety and reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marine mechanic experience.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to commute within 60 minutes of Hayden,  willingness to relocate.
