We're looking for a dedicated full-time HVAC Residential NC Apprentice Installer to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional HVAC services to Hayden and surrounding areas.

Position: Residential NC Apprentice Installer

Location: Hayden,

Shift: Monday – Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm (could vary based upon business needs)

Position Type: Full-time (40+ hours a week)

Hourly Rate: $20-25/hr. (BOE)

The Residential Apprentice Installer will assist in the installation of all things HVAC:
Furnaces, AC’s, Heat Pumps, Duct Work, Mini Splits, Gas Lines and more.

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Always follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Must have a valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles
• Clean Professional Appearance
• Must be willing to work in harsh conditions such as Hot/Cold temperatures, Tight spaces, attics and crawlspaces
