What You’ll Do

• Assist with the installation of residential HVAC equipment following safety standards, company procedures, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre‑measure job sites to ensure proper preparation and efficient installations
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health & Safety regulations
• Track work completed and job details using Service Titan
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation, findings, and solutions
• Recommend products and services to help optimize system performance and comfort
• Work alongside experienced installers to build technical skills and product knowledge

• Strong work ethic and commitment to learning the trade
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and pride in workmanship
• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions
