Role Description The Welder at Arden Ironworks LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Hayden,
-to-day responsibilities include performing a variety of welding processes on steel and other metals, fitting and assembling components according to blueprints or work orders, and inspecting finished welds to meet quality and safety standards. The role involves preparing materials, setting up welding equipment, and working closely with fabricators and supervisors to complete projects on schedule. The Welder will also maintain tools and equipment, follow company safety procedures, and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in core welding techniques, including MIG Welding and FCAW Welding.
• Knowledge of Materials used in metal fabrication, including properties of common steels and alloys.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality welds consistently.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a shop environment.
• Prior experience in fabrication or structural steel work is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Reliable communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
