Truck Driver Job in Hayden - Over The Road
We are a family-owned company based in Spokane, WA, specializing in Dry Van and Reefer.
We offer great pay, consistent miles, and more home time. Drive just 7 days and take as much time off as you want—your schedule, your freedom, your choice.
Example Schedules- 7 days on / 7 days off
- 7 days on / 3 days off
- Option to stay out longer for more pay
Starting Pay: $0.60 CPM (Dry Van)
Starting Pay: $0.62 CPM (Reefer)
Performance Bonus – Earn more the more you drive.
Bonus Breakdown (Paid Quarterly)- 10,000 miles = +1 CPM
- 11,000 miles = +2 CPM
- 12,000 miles = +5 CPM
- 13,000 miles = +8 CPM
- 14,000+ miles = +10 CPM (pay goes up to $0.72 CPM for that month)
- 100% Flexible Home Time
- 2023–2024 Volvo No-Touch Freight
- 2,500–3,000+ Miles Weekly
- Paid Extra Stops & Layovers
- 24/7 Dedicated Dispatch
- Clean DOT Inspection Bonus ($100 per inspection)
- Paid Safety Meetings
- Passenger Program
- 2+ Years CDL Experience
- Must be 21 or older
- Clean MVR & PSP
